Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, Social Security number, employment and income details, housing details, information about the vehicle you want or the vehicle you own, and anything you type into a comments box. The payment calculator works in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to us.

• Lenders and finance partners. If you apply for financing, we share your application with lenders and finance partners so they can consider it. The credit application also authorizes us and our lenders to obtain a credit report and to verify employment and income.
• Service providers. Companies that help us run this website and deliver your requests, such as website hosting, email delivery and analytics, may handle your information for us. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information when the law requires it, to respond to legal requests, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the safety of others.

Credit applications

Credit applications ask for sensitive information, including your Social Security number. Your application is sent over a secure connection, placed in a password-protected, encrypted file, and emailed to our finance team. This website does not keep a copy of your application. Our finance team and any lender that receives your application may keep records as needed to process it and to meet legal requirements.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, to learn how visitors use this website. These tools may collect information such as the pages you visit and how you found us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the website may not work as well.

Other websites and tools

• Vehicle history reports. The CARFAX and AutoCheck buttons on vehicle pages take you to those companies' websites.
• CarGurus. Vehicle pages show a CarGurus deal rating. To do this, your browser loads a script from CarGurus, which receives the vehicle's VIN and price and may set its own cookies.
• Google reCAPTCHA. Our forms use reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated bots. It checks information such as your IP address and how your device and browser behave, and sends it to Google. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• Vehicle photos. Photos come from our inventory provider and are delivered through this website.
• Maps, Facebook and RV rentals. Our address link opens your maps app. Our Facebook link goes to Facebook. Our RV Rental link goes to Pleasureland RV, which handles those rentals.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable safeguards, including secure connections to this website and encryption for credit applications. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information, such as your Social Security number, by regular email or in a comments box.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the services you asked for and to meet legal, tax and business record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do this unless we are required to keep it.
